If you are to be married within the Diocese of Lafayette:
Before you can register for a CEE weekend, please visit the priest who will be officiating at your wedding ceremony. When you meet with him, he will fill out a Pre-Nuptial Inquiry (PNI) that contains your general information. If you have already met with your priest and you do not have your PNI, ask him for a copy. Once you have your PNI, write down the weekend dates (first and second choice) that you wish to attend in the bottom left corner of the form. Mail the form along with a $75 non-refundable deposit check or money order (made payable to Catholic Engaged Encounter) to:

Please do not send cash. The cost of the weekend is $150 which includes a $75 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit to be sent with the registration form. The remaining $75 is to be paid when arriving at the retreat center. Send your form in as soon as you receive it since the weekends fill up on a first-come, first-served basis. Please do not show up at ABC without having registered first.

If you are to be married in another Diocese or you are not Catholic:
Please contact Tom & Geraldine Rizzuto at (337) 984-7954 or rizzutog@bellsouth.net and they will mail you a registration form.

If you need to switch weekends or cancel:
You can switch to another retreat (if it is available) by contacting Tom & Geraldine Rizzuto prior to your scheduled weekend. Let them know which retreat you are registered for and which one you would like to switch to. If you need to cancel to attend another marriage preparation course, please speak with your priest to seek his approval and then contact Tom & Geraldine Rizzuto. Your $75 deposit will not be refunded.
